• 35 % horizontal reservation is given to women in all the Government services / cadres and in direct appointments of all types of posts.
• This decision has been implemented in all Government jobs in the state from February 2016.
• Dashboard has been developed by General Administration Department for its monitoring.

Current Status

• A total of 4,149 women have been appointed against 30,225 notified posts in various departments.
• A total of 4,566 women have been recruited against 18,715 notified posts in police.
